Customers and purpose of this site
Vocerion is offered only to businesses and professionals acting in the course of their activity and holding the licences and authorisations required for the services they provide. This site presents the product; its content, indicative prices, demonstration screens and demo do not by themselves constitute a contractual offer. Screens may use illustrative data. Actual features and configurations depend on the version, licence and agreement.
Licence and customer responsibilities
Use of Vocerion requires a signed agreement. The licence is limited, non-exclusive and covers the purchased installations and modules. The customer is responsible for its users, content, telephone numbers, traffic and sector obligations, including notices and legal bases for call recordings or other call data processing. Support, availability, backups and service levels are those agreed in the contractual documents.
Term, renewal and notice
Unless the signed agreement expressly provides otherwise, the minimum initial term is 12 months. The service then renews for monthly periods. Notice of non-renewal must be received at least 30 days before the end of the current period, by certified email or another means proving dispatch and receipt. If the customer requests early termination, fees for the unexpired minimum term and accrued amounts remain payable, except as otherwise provided by the agreement or law.
Fees, payment and suspension
Prices, due dates, payment methods and consequences of late payment are set out in the offer and agreement. Where enabled, customers may use Stripe or PayPal. Suspension for non-payment, security or legal requirements follows the cases and procedures stated in the agreement; accrued charges remain payable.
Intellectual property and acceptable use
The software, text, trademarks, logos and graphics belong to Digitalia ICT or their respective owners. Normal viewing of this site is permitted; unauthorised access, interference with the service and reuse that infringes owners’ rights are prohibited. Links to third-party sites or services, including the demo, are subject to their operators’ terms.
Personal data
See the privacy notice. Where Digitalia ICT processes softswitch data on the customer’s behalf, roles, instructions and safeguards are governed by the data processing schedule to the agreement.
Law, courts and updates
Italian law applies. The courts of Tivoli, Italy, have jurisdiction over contractual disputes, subject to mandatory rules. The Italian version prevails if translations differ. Updating this page does not by itself amend an existing signed agreement.
