Privacy notice
Last updated: 2026-09-25
This notice covers vocerion.com, business enquiries, and account and billing data for Vocerion. Call data processed on behalf of customers is also governed by the data processing schedule to the relevant agreement.
Controller and contacts
For this site, business contacts and contract management, the controller is Digitalia ICT S.r.l., Vicolo Sant’Antonio 9, 00019 Tivoli (RM), Italy, VAT and tax number 15823751001, Companies Register REA RM 1616720. To exercise rights or ask questions: [email protected]; certified email [email protected].
Data, sources and purposes
This site has no forms or user accounts. The server records IP address, time, requested page and technical browser data to deliver and protect the site (legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). If you email us about information or a demo, we process contact details, the message and later correspondence to reply and manage discussions (pre-contractual steps where applicable to the individual; otherwise legitimate interest in communicating with a business contact). For customers and service users, we also process identity, contract, tax, payment and access data to perform agreements, protect systems and meet legal duties. Data comes from the individual, the customer organisation, service use or payment providers. Contact details needed to reply or manage the relationship are required for those purposes; without them these activities may not be possible.
Legal bases
For requests from individuals and agreements directly with them, the basis is pre-contractual steps or performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). For business contacts, site security and the use of Google Fonts to display the pages, we rely on legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)), balanced against individuals’ rights. Billing and tax compliance are based on legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c)). For data we process as a processor, the customer as controller determines the legal basis.
Call data and artificial intelligence
Where the softswitch handles call content, metadata or recordings for a customer, the customer is generally the controller and Digitalia ICT is the processor under Article 28 GDPR. The customer determines purposes, legal bases and retention periods. If it enables an AI feature, Anthropic’s Claude API receives only the text needed for that feature, not raw audio. Requests about call data should be addressed to the customer operating the service.
Recipients and transfers
Where relevant we use Cloudflare as the site’s delivery and protection network, OVH for EU hosting and email, Backblaze for backup files in its EU region, Skebby or SMSAPI for service SMS, Stripe and PayPal for payments, and Anthropic for enabled AI features. This site loads fonts from Google Fonts: the browser contacts Google and provides technical data including its IP address. Some Backblaze account metadata and processing by international suppliers may occur outside the EEA. In those cases the GDPR transfer mechanisms applicable to the supplier are used, including adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses where relevant. To ask about safeguards or obtain a copy, email [email protected]. Payment providers may also act as independent controllers under their own notices.
Retention
Site logs are kept for up to 12 months, except extracts needed to document incidents or disputes. Business enquiries that do not lead to a contract are kept for up to 24 months after the last contact, unless a duty or dispute requires more. Account and contract data is kept during the relationship and afterwards only as needed for legal duties and claims; invoices and accounting records are kept for 10 years or longer where law or a dispute requires. Softswitch data processed for a customer follows its instructions and the agreement; backups follow the agreed cycle.
Cookies, local storage and external sites
This site’s code sets no profiling or analytics cookies and no first-party cookies. Your language choice and dismissal of the language notice are saved only in browser localStorage, which you can clear in browser settings. Google Fonts receives a technical request when you open a page. If you visit the demo or Stripe or PayPal pages, those services apply their own notices and tracking tools. If non-essential cookies are added later, this notice will be updated and consent obtained where required.
Rights and complaints
Where the GDPR applies, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, or object to processing, by writing to [email protected]. You may complain to the Italian Data Protection Authority or your competent supervisory authority. For call data processed on a customer’s behalf, contact that customer as controller.
Updates
We will update this notice when processing or suppliers change. The date above identifies the current version; material service changes will be communicated appropriately.
